Consultations led by Psychologist Rita Justice, Ph.D., who will guide you through the many questions and changes inherent in the caregiving processes;
Our first step is to meet with you and discuss your situation, your loved one's needs, your needs and your goals for your family. We spend as much time as needed for the initial consultation since true needs lie hidden beneath basic requirements. Once we are confident we have a full picture of your daily care needs, we design a custom short-term or long-term care plan. We meet with you again to discuss the plan and begin implementation only when we have your final approval.
We have as many care plans as we do clients because we design each care plan specifically for the person and family receiving the care. If you have any experience with professional caregiving services, then you know that the industry standard is to send a caregiver to a home with little more than an address as the client brief and a care plan that simply states, "Get me through the day."

True needs are often discovered during the course of our work. While we do not directly provide the specialized care that is usually required, we take the guesswork out of the decision and minimize the time in having direct care by making our Referral Network available to you.
Our Referral Network is comprised of fully vetted, professionally licensed and credentialed individuals and companies providing care in the following areas:
For most care companies, providing the "basics" is the goal. For us, the "basics" is where we start. Once we've covered the basics, we take pride in delivering the following:

Our Care Program is built around a team concept.
By the time a Master Caregiver arrives at your residence, he or she has been fully briefed on every detail related to your care. Also arriving with our Master Caregiver in the figurative sense is the entire team of Master Caregivers who have also been fully briefed about your care plan. The team is headed by our Director of Care Program, managing all the teams, a Team Leader supporting each team, and the Master Caregivers who make up the team.
Our highest priority is to provide consistent quality care. Our caregiving team concept ensures we reach this goal.
